Terms and Conditions for 777 Tez – Pakistan's Online Gaming Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 777 Tez ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 777 Tez website at 777tez.biz, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777 Tez platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on 777 Tez, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777 Tez strictly prohibits access to minors. By registering, you confirm and warrant that you are 18 or older.
• You must be registering voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 777 Tez or any other gaming platform that would make participation in online gaming inappropriate.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and current registration information including your real name, mobile number, and any other information requested during the account creation process.
• You must not already hold another account on 777 Tez. Only one account per individual is permitted. Multiple accounts held by the same person may be closed and balances forfeited.

777 Tez reserves the right to verify your identity and age at any time. Players who cannot verify their identity may have their accounts suspended and withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 777 Tez account credentials. This includes your password and any OTP codes received in connection with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 777 Tez support immediately through your account or via email at support@777tez.biz. Until 777 Tez is formally notified of any unauthorised access, we cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from such access.

• Each player may hold only one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed with balances forfeited.
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not transfer your account, balance, or any benefits to another person.
• 777 Tez may close, suspend, or limit any account at our discretion if we have reason to believe these Terms are being violated, fraudulent activity is occurring, or the security of the platform is at risk.
• You are responsible for keeping your contact details current. Outdated contact information may prevent account access recovery and withdrawal processing.

To close your account voluntarily, contact 777 Tez support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements may not be eligible for immediate closure until those requirements are resolved.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 777 Tez are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 777 Tez does not charge fees on deposits. The minimum deposit is Rs 200 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay; Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT; and Rs 500 for Visa and Mastercard debit cards.

Deposits made via Easypaisa and JazzCash are credited to your 777 Tez wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank IBFT transfers may take 1–4 hours to appear, depending on interbank processing times. 777 Tez is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal times vary by method:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: Typically 5–15 minutes after request submission.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically 10–20 minutes.
• Bank IBFT: 2–8 hours depending on the receiving bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: 4–12 hours.

Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 777 Tez reserves the right to request proof of identity and payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

5Bonuses & Promotions

777 Tez offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, as well as the general bonus policy outlined in this section. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms prevail for that particular offer.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance. Bonus funds must meet their stated wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game-specific contribution rates are stated in the individual bonus terms. Cricket betting may contribute differently to casino game bets.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred, exchanged, or combined unless specifically stated.
• 777 Tez reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or expire bonus offers at any time. Bonuses that have already been activated will be honoured under the terms active at the time of activation.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, multi-accounting, or system manipulation will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address. If 777 Tez determines that multiple accounts have been used to claim the same promotional offer, all associated accounts may be closed and all bonuses and winnings from those accounts forfeited.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 777 Tez — whether on cricket matches, casino games, Teen Patti, Ludo, Baccarat, fishing games, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules of that game or event, as published within the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable game rules.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the 777 Tez system, it is binding. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after acceptance, except where in-play markets allow for cash-out functionality, in which case the cash-out terms apply separately.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by event, game type, and account standing.
• In the event of a technical error, network disruption, or system fault that affects a game outcome, 777 Tez reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to the players involved.
• Cricket betting odds and markets are subject to change up to the point of market closure. Bets accepted before market closure are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was placed.
• For in-play cricket betting, bets are accepted subject to the platform's in-play rules. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the market is officially closed will be voided.
• All casino game outcomes — including RNG-based games — are determined by certified random number generation systems. The platform cannot and does not influence individual game outcomes.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 777 Tez and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment methods, fraudulent identity information, or any other deceptive means to fund or operate an account.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one account on 777 Tez, including accounts held under different names or mobile numbers by the same individual.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers through structured betting, reversed bet patterns, or coordinated play with other accounts.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in multiplayer formats such as Teen Patti or Ludo tournaments.
• Money laundering: Using 777 Tez for the purpose of laundering illegally obtained funds. 777 Tez maintains AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures and cooperates fully with any relevant investigations.
• System exploitation: Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or platform errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated through exploiting a known or unknown system error will be voided.
• Use by minors: Knowingly allowing a person under 18 to access or use your 777 Tez account.

777 Tez employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that monitor all account activity. Players found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed without prior notice, all balances forfeited, and any pending withdrawals cancelled.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 777 Tez platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data, and structural elements — is the exclusive property of 777 Tez or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777 Tez platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the platform without express written permission.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any 777 Tez content or software.
• Use any automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access, collect, or extract data from the platform.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to access the source code of any software component of 777 Tez.

Unauthorised use of 777 Tez intellectual property may result in legal action. Any feedback or suggestions submitted to 777 Tez become the property of the platform and may be implemented without compensation or credit to the submitting player.

9Privacy & Data
